Your Regiment was assigned to Icthia a year ago, and you have been in a grand total of 3 different trench groups the entire time. Same flakboard floors, tin can rations, and bugs in your boots the entire time. Suddenly, your Platoon Commander announces that you have new orders; after a full year on the line, your Company is mounting a raid to take Point 624, a hotly contested bit of ground that forms a crucial salient in the Icthian lines. It’s up to you and your platoon to take Centipede Ridge, and push the Imperial lines one step closer to ultimate victory.
This is a game meant for a Siege regiment of Imperial Guard, though others could be substituted. I want to make a game that uses siege warfare as the setting, as there are very few campaigns I have seen that use it. It makes Siege units less attractive, and I want to help out with that. All details will be shared, unless I can get players into it.
